		<description>Thanks for analysis! I was waiting for the outcomes of the Vulcano experiment. It is by all means a very interesting experiment (esp. the fact that the average prim usage per user lowered as the users raised - tells a lot about the spirit of Second Life users).

Just one thing, about the LGSG (I'm Mondrian Lykin on SL ;-) the Local Government Study Group does not aim to reproduce RL governments: it is meant as a proposal to LL to implement a set of tools to ensure the kind of government the land owner wants. That means, in other words, it's up to the land owner to choose how to manage his land: if to apply a RL-like gov't model or experiment a new, unseen, SL-only way of managing lands. The idea of the LGSG is only to provide the tools to pursue this aim.</description>
